Lauren Kinney, NP, MS
Nurse Practitioner · Integrative & Functional Health
Lauren is a fellowship-trained Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, passionate about optimizing the body's own ability to heal and recover by blending lifestyle, longevity, mind-body connection, root-cause, and regenerative approaches to health.
Her advanced clinical foundation was shaped under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil, where she completed the fellowship of Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, followed by a two-year certification in Functional Health. She has advanced training in hormone optimization with Worldlink Medical and is a Vanderbilt-trained, board-certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Lauren has been intentional to seek training that allows her to have a wide range of tools for supporting health goals — whether the focus is optimizing wellness, recovery, or identifying underlying drivers of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms.
